Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Ted Baker purchase, but if it is not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ted Baker tags are intact and the parcel is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Generate your prepaid return shipping label via the portal, print it out, and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it at an authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
